They were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel itself was well-maintained and had all the basic amenities one would expect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the beautiful lobby to the maze of corridors, everything was meticulously designed. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. The buffet spread was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect start to each day.

From the spacious and well-appointed room to the beautiful onsen, this hotel had it all. We enjoyed the live entertainment nightly, and there were many hotel facilities available, such as karaoke, game center, and several restaurants. The dinner buffet was amazing as there were so many options to choose from.

The hot springs had both indoor and outdoor pools, with several large tubs that were wonderfully relaxing. Location was also convenient for exploring the city.
